How do I get season total stats on iScore football app?

Go to Team Manager, select the team, and select Stats. It will show cumulative stats for the team.

To break things down into season, you would use League Manager to create leagues and assign the games to leagues, then view stats for just a particular league. See the following (from baseball documentation, but applies to football as well):
