Can't import if not on WiFi

Using Android version on Samsung S5.
I can't do an Import if not on WiFi.
If I am just on LTE, it says "check your wifi connection"

We do not do anything different with WiFi vs LTE as far as import goes. The only explanation would be that your LTE connection is not a good quality connection. You can try powering your device completely off and on, and this will sometimes re-establish a better LTE connection.

My 4G connection at that time is 5 bars, so that is not it.
I'll try again and see if I need to turn on WiFi and force LTE.
