Screen comparison on different sized tablets

Post by ChannBecker » Thu Apr 03, 2014 2:12 pm

Is there a page that shows the difference in how the screens display on the different sized tablets?

Such as the iPhone 5 vs. iPad Mini vs. iPad Air vs. a 5" / 7" / 10" Android device?

I've used iScore for many years on a 10" Android tablet (Acer A200) and I am ready to upgrade to newer equipment. I'd like to see how the screens vary to help me decide on which tablet to move to.

Why buy an iPad Air if the app looks the same on an iPad Mini. Same thought in the Android world. Why go expensive, if a 5/7" will look the same as the 10"

Any thoughts, or pointers to existing posts would be appreciated.

The iPads all look the same (mini, Air, other). The 10" Android tablets look just like the iPads. The 7" Android tablets have different looks. You can see them in the screenshots in the iScore manual here:

In the Android column on the far right, the second picture down is the 7" tablet (shows one lineup, not both at same time, and either pitch by pitch listing or pitch chart, but not both at same time).
