how do I...

Post by KevTN » Sat Oct 26, 2013 6:22 pm

Ran into a problem today. First inning three up three down. Second inning batter four pops up for an out. Batter five gets a line drive for a single. Next time up to bat iscore switch them. Batter five to four ect. When I switched them back it did not switch the hits back to previous plays. It give the hit to player four and the pop out to player five.

How do I switch this back?

I have not ever heard of the program moving people in line up on its own. It sounds like you inadvertently made some offensive substitutions that effected the batting line up.

Regardless it is fixable.. , all you have to do is go through pitch by pitch editor and correct the batting order in events that are wrong

In pitch by pitch editor, first make sure the starting line up is correct in the "game starts" event by editing the starting line up

Then for the other events, to access batting order ..
Tap event > tap substitution 'edit> Tap visitor/home > tap offense > adjust batting order as needed

Thx that worked...after the tourney today i am going to be sure to have everything backed up and then do a reinstall. Things happen, but it has happened a few times here and there.

Have a good day

Great

Re install sounds like a good idea..

But ...this is still the first I have heard of the line up changing on its own. That is not how it is designed. If it is repeatable and there is a pattern to its cause , I am sure support would like to know and see the database.

Is there any chance you inadvertently caused the Change when making other substitutions ?
I have scored many a game and never experienced this .
What device are you using?
