Hold To Set Button

Post by htbaxter » Wed May 16, 2012 2:42 pm

I just updated to the latest Android version of the baseball software, and above the pitch location box there are four buttons labeled "Hold To Set". Can you please explain what these are for?

This allows you to set a few "predefined pitch types/speeds" which can help save you time when scoring. If you know a pitcher throws a Fastball around 80mph, a Curveball around 65mph and a Slider around 72mph (whatever numbers you know), you can save a tap and a "scroll of the mph bar" by putting in the presets. You can tweak the speed as necessary, but it gets you close.

I see - thanks. Is there a way to automatically figure speed yet in the Android version with the tap and release?
