Player Spotlight not picking up new season stats

Player Spotlight not picking up new season stats

I purchased a Player Spotlight for one of our players last year and it worked just fine. However, when we started up the new season this year, the spotlight website was not picking up any of the new season stats. When I look at the roster on the new team, the player in question is not showing up as having a website and it offers to let me buy a new one. Does the spotlight have to be purchased each year? If not, how do I get the existing spotlight website to recognize the new team stats? And if I do have to repurchase the spotlight, we want the same spotlight URL (Playerspotlights.com/haydendyer) but it says it is already taken.

I'm sure that it is user error, but any advise would be most appreciated.

Make sure you have not inadvertently created duplicate player.

In LEAGUE MANAGER turn on ALL LEAGUE
Go to player manager and scroll to see if 'duplicated' the player

If so you will need to merge them together .. Check player card for both players to see who has stats that match spotlight site. ( tip -Temporarily add a good Note at end of name.)

Now merge players, with good player on left.

(Tip After merge, can remove 'good' from' player name )

Now Option > export

I verified that the player has not been duplicated. I think my problem is one of my own doing.

I have been using iScore for a couple of years now but have never needed to post anything. I had created a User Login that first year and then completely forgot about it. Fast-forward to this year and I needed to log in so I "Registered". I notice that my customer ID has changed. This may be the root of my problem?? How do I open an actual Ticket with support? Or is my forum post the same thing as a ticket?

I think I need the people that run this stuff to help me clean up my mess.

Feeling pretty stupid right now.

Email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of your website and the new customer ID and we can update the website to use the new customer ID.

don't feel bad. you are spot on.. the change in customer ID is the issue.

support will fix it in a giff when you email them .
