Will iscore stop you if you are doing illegal subs?

If you have any rules related questions, please ask in this forum. In general, enforcement of rules is up to the Umpire of the game and iScore does not specifically enforce them, but we want to make sure we score within them. Ask here, and experts can chime in.

iScore does not try and enforce any kind of "illegal sub" rules as every league has different rules for what types of substitutions are allowed. As a scorekeeper, you would just enter whatever substitution you see taking place on the field. If something is illegal, it would be up to the umpire to determine that and disallow the substitution. Some league allow "free substitutions" and others have very strict rules about how substitutions can occur.
