OK, we found the issue. It is very isolated, but we have it fixed for an upcoming release.

If you use Assigned Error after a half inning has completed, but before the "Safe | Out" screen has been presented (i.e. the first batter of a new half inning), we do not track the state correctly internally so earned vs unearned is miscalculated. This issue only effects the iPad, and should be a rare case, but is fixed. (We have a very minor update awaiting Apple's approval right now --- wasn't even worth announcing, so this will be in the release following that one.)

You can use the stat overrides - go to Game Manager, select the Game, select the stat category that has the incorrect stat, and tap on any value to override it.
