iScorecast - Data Usage

Post by baseballmom4 » Tue Apr 01, 2014 11:13 am

Is there an estimate of how much bandwidth the iScorecast uses in scoring a 7 inning game? I was thinking about using my phone as a hotspot to allow live viewing of games but needed to consider the amount of data usage before doing this.

A single game takes about 200KB of data to iScorecast. It will barely be a blip on most data plans.

battery usage to me is the much bigger worry..

(I have found investing in portable usb charger/battery is worth its weight in gold. They are very common now and can be found many places. )
