How do I score this?

How do I score this?

Batter hits to center field. The CF woud not have had time to throw the ball to first to get the runner out but decided to do so. I think the batter should have a single as he made it safely but then had time to run to 2nd because of the late throw from the Center Fielder to 1st base. How can I mark the batter with a single and then an advancement to 2nd?

Single and the safe-second-on the throw.
