How do I modify the following play...
Substitution NONE [EDIT]

#12 john hits a line drive to center fielder #44 joe for an out. [EDIT]

...

To reflect that #12 actually hit a single and was tagged out while attempting to turn a double? Thanks!

You would have to override the stats in that case. You can not change a play entered as Safe to an Out or vice versa post game. But you can override the stats. See the following link from the iScore FAQ:
