Injured batter

Post by MookDaddy333 » Sat Apr 04, 2015 3:25 am

I was scoring a game the other night where the batter was injured off of his own foul ball and the next batter came in and resumed his at bat. How would I input that in iScore?

It depends on how your league rules . Different leagues from youth to pros treat differently. .. Iscore can handle it. But it does not know your specific situational rules.. So in Iscore we say, "Score what you see "

Here are three common ways leagues handle and how to record in iscore
If the batter is recorded as an out... Tap out > other ..and then tap 'note icon' to make a note on play

If the batter is skipped and no out, ...tap misc> skip batter> no out.. I would a a note here too.

If the batter is subbed with a new player mid at bat, no problem, just do an offensive sub.. Tap batter icon, and tap offensive player sub.. (see other threads for more details on sub steps).. Sub inheriets the count. Again a note on what happen will help for later

If your league handles in a different way, describe if you need more help
