Includes the following two fixes:

Any missed shot (including blocked shots) now ask who got the rebound. Use cancel if there was no individual rebound.
When creating a new team, if you do not specify a Short Name, it does not save the full name either with the 1.30 release. The team will show as an empty name. You can then go back into the team and add the name and short name. This release fixes that issue so you can have a team name without a short name.
