Hello,

Anyone having trouble seeing the team roster pictures showing up on the web site? I have imported the photos but they do not show on the web site like the baseball does. Any help would be appreciated.

Email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of your team website and we will take a look. It is possible basketball websites have not been updated in the same way that baseball has, but if you have uploaded some pictures, we can use your site to get it working.

How about adding deflections to the web site stats? It is on the app, but not populating on the web site statistics.

I also am having trouble getting the photos I took on my Ipod and put in the player cards to show up on the website.

I should clarify that I mean the admin website.

You have to be connected to the internet when adding a player photo for that picture to show up on the website.

The photos ARE on the iPad, but unless you use a "file browser app" to find them, they will not be available other than in the app itself. One way to be sure you always have a copy of the pictures is to take the pictures using the camera app, then select the photos from your camera roll instead of taking them directly from within iScore. That way you will have the original copy, and can always reuse it any time you like.
