Assist Entry on 3 Point Basket

When you choose +3 w/Assist the program does not prompt for the assisting player. The +2 w/Assist works fine.

We just submitted a fix to Apple... they have been approving updates pretty quickly lately, so we would expect to see the update available in the App Store by Monday or Tuesday.

Version 1.11 has been approved with a 4 hour turnaround. It includes a fix for this issue
