DataSharing Errors

Post by SANMAN325 » Fri Apr 06, 2012 7:25 am

When trying to access data from another user I get an error when trying to import the data. It fails with error:
Transfer Failed
You cannot import data where one of the has been deleted.

Is there any other way to get the data from the device. I was emailed the .CSV files however I'm unable to import them either.

Thanks for you speed response in advance.

It sounds like the user deleted a player that was used to score a game. All the data must be intact in order to import a game. If they used iScorecast to score the game, you can import by using "sc:<customerid>" instead of just "<customerid>" when doing the Data Sharing. This will pull the game in from the iScorecast instead.

Is it possible to re-setup the players to make it intact or is there no way to fix this. I don't think they knew what they were doing.

If they do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with their customer ID, we can check into possibly restoring a deleted player.
