Keyboard Pop-Up Glitch

App was working good, right when game started the iOS keyboard popped up and won't go away. The app is totally responsive on the parts the keynotes doesn't cover. Only way to make it go away is to totally turn off the iPad. Once tuned back on the keyboard pops up within 20 seconds. Something needs to be done as the app is useless when this is happening.

The keyboard only pops up when you tap an input field. Once it is up, there are times it will stay up until you close it (the close button in the bottom corner). If you are seeing a case where this is not the way it is working, we would recommend a hard restart of your device. Press and hold the power and home buttons on your device for about 30 until your device restarts.
