Combo Reports, HTML - Players "?"

Combo Reports, HTML - Players "?"

I've had this happen numerous times now. When I generate the HTML, I sometimes end up with about 20 rows where the Players column ends up with a "?" and all the combo stats are blanks and "(0)". What is the problem?

We would have to see it to know. If you can do an export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know the steps to see this, we will take a look.
