Excel Spreadsheet No Longer Emailing

This season, I have not been able to get the Excel spreadsheet to come through when sending game stats via email. The Excel button is toggled on in the app, but the spreadsheet is not attached to the email. The CSV and PDF attachments come through just fine, but not the XLS. The XLS does come through when emailing cumulative team stats.

The XLS file is the primary way I interact with the stats post-game. It was extremely useful to have and it's frustrating to have it seemingly just disappear. I've reached out via email and Twitter and heard nothing - it seems like iScore is no longer supporting its products. I'm not super optimistic, but I thought I'd try here also. Any help?

Hi, I just tried sending a same stat update via email and the Excel sheet came over fine. The file was attached and I was able to open it. Have you tried a hard reset of the iPad (or iPhone)? I'm not sure if that will work but I find that doing that clears up a lot of strange issues with my Apple devices.

Have you tried sending an older game that you scored before this issue started to see if that function is gone too?

I have tried a hard reset on the iPad to no avail. I switched to a newer iPad this season and imported my data just fine - 10 years worth of games. It's not the first time I've switched iPads, but it is the first time I've ever had an issue like this. Old games (where the spreadsheet sent just fine) now no longer send the Excel file - just the PDF, CSV, and HTML. I don't see why a new device should suddenly break this one feature when it never has in the past.

The really odd thing is that when I send team stats to myself, it works just fine. It's only when sending game stats that the spreadsheet no longer comes through.

That is odd....I wish I could help you figure it out. Can you try sending the game stats to a different email? Maybe your ISP is for some reason blocking the attachment based on the subject? I'm kind of grasping at straws but I am trying to explore every option.

Unfortunately, no. Different address, same problem.
