i-ScoreCast Games

I have been using iScore for scoring basketball games for about a month now. Awesome program! I wanted to view the games on the iScorecast web site. I can get to the site, enter my Customer ID number, and see all of my games fine. However, when I click on a game all I hear is the background fan noise, but don't see the game stats replayed. Am I doing something wrong either on my upload of the data or when I get to the website? Thanks

Do you not see the game info at all? One thing to try is to go to Game Manager, select a game, and scroll to "i-ScoreCast Synchronize". This will re-send that game to our iScorecast servers. You can then try viewing the game again. If that does not work, let us know and we will help troubleshoot further.

It sounds like a web browser configuration issue.
I suggest sending your customer I'd to FTM by email at
support@iscorecentral.com and they can see if it plays ok on their end.
