Admin Website

Post by fmarcantonio » Fri Feb 14, 2014 10:10 am

I'm new to iScore so it might be possible and I'm not aware of it, but it would be nice if we could create games, teams, and rosters on the admin website and then synch my iPad to what's created on the website. I know I can do this from the iPad to the website, but is it possible the other way around??

You can create teams and rosters on the Admin Website and import back to your device. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Do an Options -> Export from iScore on your device to send the most recent data from your device to the server

2. Log in to the Admin Website for the device

3. Add any teams / rosters you would like (as long as you have Exported within the last hour, you can edit the data... this is a safety measure so you don't work with old data)

4. Do an Options -> Import from iScore on your device to retrieve the data back to your device

Games need to be created on device.

And although you can schedule games in advance. Most long time users recommend you do not. As rosters change and the game manger makes a better game index than a schedule tool
