A few ideas for improving the handling of subs:
- Don't allow the same player to be on the court more than once! Lock this out in the sub screen.
- Allow subs to occur prior to the start of the first quarter to allow for last-minute changes to the starting lineup, without having to go into the full lineup/team edit screen
- Provide a dedicated screen for mass/wholesale subs where you can just nominate which 5 players are now on the court without having to explicitly mark who replaced whom

Re: Subs improvements
Thank you for the suggestions... we already had your 1st and 3rd planned for an upcoming release. The second one is new to us, and is an interesting way to change the starting lineup.
For the mass/wholesale subs idea, you actually don't have to say specifically who came in for who... with youth sports where 3 or 4 guys may come into the game at once, you often don't even know who is replacing who. So you can actually just quickly tap each of the 5 spots, and the jersey #'s of the players you see on the court. It is pretty quick to do, but we do still have plans to streamline it a bit more to make it one click per player in the game instead of two clicks for each player to replace the full lineup.
Thank you again.
