iScore cast Suggestion

Post by glox » Wed Jun 08, 2011 11:53 pm

It would be nice if I could easily go back to available games in iscorecast without having to always go back to the main screen and reentering the username. There should be a button that let's you easily go back to the "select a game" menu.

If you add ?c=XXXX to the iScorecast URL (where XXXX is your Customer ID), then you will not have to enter your customer ID each time. This works best if you are linking from another page, or if you just create a bookmark in your browser with that URL.

Love this idea...where exactly do you add the customer id in the URL? This is the generic link I have: http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecast/player.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I have tried adding the team ID in several places and none of them work. Also hoped it would automatically update the url after I entered it in iscore but it doesn't.

The URL you are asking about here is the baseball one. Original post I believe was asking about basketball, but to answer your question on baseball, with that URL, you would do:

http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... ?c=XXXXXXX

There is actually a shortcut you can use with baseball as well:

http://iscorecast.com/?c=XXXXXXX

Replace the Xs with your actual customer ID.
