Purchased the app for my ipad and the website for last year. Everything worked great. My school issued me a different ipad for this year so I had to download the app again. I paid for website again for this year, but when I export my stats after a game they are not showing up on the website. Somehow my ipad app and my website are not connecting with one another. Here is my teams website address.

The website needs to be updated to use the Customer ID of the new device. You can use the instructions at the following URL to do that update:

I followed those instructions and logged in to the admin website. The problem is, it is not showing any website, so my only option is to click on "new team website". When I do that, and type in the address I want, it says that it is already taken. Of course it is, because that is the website that I want to connect to!!! Needless to say, it won't let me link to it. I hope this makes sense.

You would have to log in with the old customer ID to see the website as it is still associated with the old account.
