Problem with ipad

I had to reset my ipad device and did not expot before I did it. I did the iscore cast. Is there any way to recover the data from the cast?

There are some options here.

How many games are we talking about? You can use data sharing to pull the games back in to your device.

Customer id would be "SC:xxxxxxxxxx" where x's are you customer ID, password is your regular password.

FTM might also be able to help further, not sure.

Make a habit of exporting after every game!

It's around 12 games. I tried the data sharing and there were no games there. If I go to basketball.iscorecast.com the games are there but they aren't on my.iscorecentreal.com. Is there any way to retrieve the games I'm missing?

If you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data and see what we find.
