I can't find the stats for one of my players. I thought it was because there were 2 of the same person but after merging the 2, the game is still missing from his stats.

You should also check to make sure you have never deleted the player (and if you have, you can undelete him). Please check the information here (same instructions apply to Basketball as baseball):

The name is there but it says I can only in delete a player that was deleted in the last hour. What can I do?

It says you have to have exported in the last hour. Do an Options -> Export from your device, then go through the steps again.
