It might be on here somewhere but I couldn't find it quickly. Can someone tell me the formula used for figuring plus/minus?

It is quite simple actually. While a player is on the court, it is how many points more or less they scored than the opponent. If the player's team scored 8 while he was on the floor, and the opponent scored 3, the player's PM would be +5. If the player's team scored 3 and the opponent's team scored 8, the PM would be -5.
