shot charts

Post by team mom » Sat Nov 17, 2012 7:34 am

New user for basketball, still trying to figure it all out. When I email the game stats the shot charts are empty. I am placing the player during the game. Is there something I need to turn on in order to get these to print? When I view the game shot chart on the device they are all there. Thanks.

Maybe you are trying to view the emailed PDF from within iOS? Try viewing it from a desktop. There are some issues with PDF viewing on Apple devices --- especially older versions of the OS.

Thanks. That was it. Was trying to view on ipad. I have not upgraded to iOS6 due to all the slow down issues with iscore baseball.

The iScore Baseball slowdown should be fixed. Apple approved the update that works around the issues Apple introduced in iOS6 last week. As far as we know, there have not been any slow down reports with that version.

We are doing a similar update for Basketball and should be posting to Apple very soon.
