Back up Season of Stats

What is the best way to backup a season worth of stats? Is there a way to organize them into seasons?

Yes, use the League functionality. While it is called "Leagues", it is actually any grouping of games you want, so a Season would work fine as a League. Here is a link describing league usage in more detail for Baseball, and the functionality works exactly the same for basketball.
