I have been using iscore Baseball for a couple of years and love it. I recently purchased iscore basketball for my ipad. When I check the customer ID, it was the same as the one I use for my iscore baseball. However, on my iphone, it gives me a different one. How can I change my customer id so bot app (ipad & iphone) have the same customer ID.

The customer ID comes from the device and you can not change it.

Iscore is great in that it runs on multiple devices, (iphone and ipad and android) and the program has features to let you transfer games from one device to another (using, options > data transfer), but to make the most of your experince it helps to recognize the customer id is hardware device specific and you have to mange each device database separately based on the device customer id.. If you need more help on this topic..post back...

also, A semi related point, that you may encounter as an owner of multiple devices and multiple iscore apps ..... If you try and log onto the free admin web site, (my.iscorecentral.com) the customer id will be the same for the same hardware device (as pointed out above b/c it is hardware device specific) but the password must be different for each iscore sport app (set password from your device under options> admin web site). The password "tells" the server which sport's app web site you are trying to reach..
