Is there any way to edit plays after the game or without using the undo button?

On an iPad, we have a "stats" mode where you can add/subtract stats for players at any time. With the iPhone version, the only option is undo back to the point, then re-enter the data. You can add additional plays after the game is over by going to the play screen, but there is no way to remove stats from a player.
