How to get data back from iscore basketball that the app was deleted off of my ipad

Basketball app was deleted off ipad .. i have put it back on but all the data is gone. How can i get it back

if you backed up your data using OPTION > EXPORT before the app removal - you can most likely recover past scored games if you know the old user id and password or had registered the device to your email address. (however, if you removed your app (and data) ignoring any warning messages without a backup, you may be out of luck. sorry)

if you used OPTION > EXPORT (or enabled iSCORECAST) before app removal, then your games are most likely on iscore servers and you can retrieve them with your prior device customer/device ID and password...... here is how..

a) you can retrieve games by using New Device > iscore basketball app> option > DataShare > get from web > old device id and password> select games 1 by 1 to retrieve

b) if you had iscorecast enabled, you can retrieve games from iscore server by using New Device > iscore basketball > option > DataShare > get from web > old device id with a SC: in front of id (example SC:1234567890 )and password> select games 1 by 1 to retrieve

c) Alternatively, if want to copy the whole prior data base to new device (erasing anything on new device app) you can use iscorecentral.com ("aka admin web site") to register both old and new device IDs to a common email and then do a simple copy and replace of data base from old to new device on web and then import all your history at once to new device/app.

Is there anyway to find out what my customer id and password would have been.. i did a few times email some player stats..
Grandkids are not allowed to use grandpa's ipad anymore

You can not discern your old APP/device customer ID from a stats email (sorry)

you can if you registered your device to your email, or had purchased a Team Website Subscription

Did you ever register your old app/device ID to your email address for my.iscorecentral.com ?

Did u ever purchased a team web site subscription, or have an old iscorecast link ?

Thanks for all the info.. but my answer to your questions is no, I'm pretty sure i didn't do any of those 3 things that you have mentioned.
I'm guessing i might be sol...any last suggestions

new thought... Do you happen to have other iscore apps on your iPad.. (example baseball? ) If so, the customer ID for baseball could likely be the customer ID for previous version of Basketball that the grandkid removed. If you have that ID then support@iscoresports.com may be able to recover your old basketball data.

There really should be a data sync option to enable you to continue your progress on any device. Just saying

There is an autosync feature ..
Look under Main Options Menu > Synchronization
And enable for any internet connection

There is also the ability to transfer an ‘in process’ game to another device by using option >data share > get from web ... it is a but clunky but works
