Does this software keep cumulative statistics for the season?

Yes. Just go to Team Manager, and click Stats from there. It will show cumulative statistics for each player on the team. You can also use Leagues to separate games into different leagues (like pre-season, season, post-season or spring 2010, fall 2010, or whatever you like), and you can see the cumulative statistics for just the season you want.

Does the software allow for shooting charts to be cumulated for several games or the season?

The stats are cumulative but the shot charts are only shown game by game. They would get pretty busy if we showed all the shots for an entire season. But if this is something users request we can certainly put it on our enhancement list.
