Most likely a permissions issue with your account in League Athletics. You should contact support with the details of your account (which league, what email you are logging in with, which game) and someone there would be able to help. You can email support@iscoresports.com with the details.

It has now been changed. We updated from the old .xls format to the newer .xlsx format a couple weeks ago to address an issue with the max # of columns (old excel only allowed 250 but we have more stats than that if they are all turned on). We did not change the file extension at the time however. I...

You have to view your subscriptions in the App Store. It is slightly different depending on iOS version, but basically go to Settings -> App Store, tap your email address and view your ID and there is a Subscriptions option there to see your current subscriptions and expirations. It does show x's next to the 5 boxes on the scorecard if there are more than fit in the "boxes". Those have to be foul balls in order to go beyond.

If you did the recalc and it is still showing 12 games even though you have only scored 4, that sounds like you have the same player in the game lineup 3 times. Go to Game Manager, select a game, select pitch by pitch, tap game starts, and then Edit next to Lineup. Be sure each player is only listed...

We can not reproduce the crash either. If you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com with exact steps that lead to the crash we can try reproducing using your data.

Is it possible you do not have a PDF viewer installed on your device. Usually the android devices come with one by default, but you may want to try installing one of the free PDF viewers from the Google Play store, then try viewing the scorecard again.
