Re: Baseball Add on

Responded to this in the other thread you posted in. Here is a link that describes using the MLB Add On: http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq_major_league_rosters/major_league_roster_usage.php You can get the game lineups by discovering a game, then when you begin scoring the game the lineup scre...

Re: MLB New Data not working (resolved/fixed)

The lineup screen appears after you discover the MLB game (Game Manager -> Discover -> MLB -> select the game), and select the game, then begin scoring it. Re: Pixel XL - League selection (Andorid only, pending @ support response)

Can you describe what happens exactly between the "before" and "after" screenshots? Is it is certain combination of steps that makes it go black?

Re: Admin Web Site, Team Hit charts. Future enhancement. option to include all players with Plate Appearance > 0

We will add your suggestion to our list, but this was done intentionally as this report is specifically Hit Locations, and a player with only BB and SO has no hit locations which would just be a big empty box.

The stats are available on the device itself. Click Game Manager in iScore, select the game, then select Stats for the team you want to view stats for.

Re: How to score? Apparent Double, but then Out on Appeal - Missed First Base (responded, and Future.Enhancement)))

For appeal plays in general, the way you would score it is to Undo whatever was entered, and re-enter it as the end result of the appeal. An "appeal" is basically like an "instant replay". The appeal itself is not how the batter / runner made an out. In the case described, the ba...

The data we are getting from our provider (stats.com) has this invalid data in it. We will continue monitoring the data until it is corrected.

Re: Random Score Notifications (FYI @Support)

Our push notification provider had some issues this morning that caused notifications to be sent to all users. We have temporarily turned off push notifications until the problem is resolved. Sorry for the trouble.

Re: typo in Email of Game Box Score.. "RBI" column heading (pending @support investigation/confirmation )

It is not lost. "BI" is the standard notation used in newspapers to save the column since it is a fixed with font. You can see examples from newspapers here - https://www.poynter.org/2015/the-slow-d ... rs/372171/
