Re: Fielder's choice or hit

I agree, both are FC. But I want to point out in the second situation (bases loaded, 1 out) that the 1B did not have a brain fart - he played it right (other than the bad throw). If you tag first and get the force, there's no force at home any more, and you have to tag the runner. If you throw home ...

iScorecast - Make batter appear before first pitch

I noticed that the batter on iScorecast doesn't show up until there's been a pitch. When playing APBA (table top), often there are no individual pitches, so the batter rarely appears (occasionally I'll get a result of an individual ball or strike, but normally not). It would be nice if the batter ap...

Re: Box score

Maybe a slight change would make things clearer. When I generate my info lines for display, I put the team short name in front of the players and group by team. Here's an example of a game between the Kansas City Royals (KCR) and the Minnesota Twins (MIN): 2B: KCR: John Wathan (#6, #7) 3B: KCR: Pat ...

Rosborn,

FTM fixes stuff pretty quickly, and when they figure it out, they will let us know.

Re: earned run?

Also depends on rest of the inning. If the next batter up gets a hit, then there's a good chance the run *does* score, and the run becomes earned. So I agree that at *this point* in the inning, the run is unearned, but until the inning os over, you can't say for sure.

I just had it happen as well if you need an additional game. LOB = 9 in the HTML and 10 in the text.

Re: Lost data

You have to do more than sync. You have to do a Restore. If you have any backups, you will see them in iTunes. Go to Preferences and Devices. If there are backups listed, then you should plug in your device, right click on it, and select "Restore from Backup".

Re: Lost data

Did you ever back up your device to iTunes or iCloud? If you backed up there, you can restore your previous device backup to the new device and not lose anything.
