how to add new device to web console (resolved)

Sorry if this answer is already here somewhere, but could not find it. I had to wipe my android tablet device and reinstall the iscore app. When doing so, it gives me a new user (device) ID. When I login to my admin console on the web, the new device ID is not listed in the account section next to d...

import all data from admin console on web to a device (resolved)

Apologies if the answer to this is already in the forum somewhere but I could not find it. I have 2 teams we use iscore baseball for..... a mens softball league team and a high school baseball team. The device I use for data input etc for these teams is an android tablet. That device had to be wiped...

Re: Active vs Inactive roster players on Android devices

yes, that is correct, but when you make a player inactive, his stats from the previous season no longer show up online. So how do you remove a player from a roster, without removing his stats from the online portal?

Remove a player from roster for a specific league, but still see stats online for previous leagues

We have a softball team where players come and go frequently. When we go to make the lineup for a game, all of the players who ever played are all listed there, which makes putting the line up together tedious. I know you can make a player inactive, but when you do that, the stats for that player no...

logging in to web admin page with an email address

I thought there was a way to be able to log in to the web poartal admin with an email address instead of a random 10 character user name that is impossible to remember (and we don't always have our devices with us to check the user name). Is there not a way to login with an email address?

Re: entering opposing team 1/2 inning after game ends

ugh. I used to be an assistant coach for a college baseball team, and they had great software. You could edit anything after a game was over without having to rescore. I'll need to find that software again. Hopefully you guys can make post game editing more useful than just changing a sub or turning...

entering opposing team 1/2 inning after game ends

We play in a mens softball league where we are sometimes unable to put in the opposing teams 1/2 inning because all of our players are in the field. When their 1/2 inning ends, we quickly do an "end inning" for them so we can enter our hitting stats while we bat. When the game is over, we'd like to ...

Re: box score does not show all our pitchers

I will do this shortly. As an fyi, I'm not looking for a work around for just this game, it's men's softball, so forgetting to make a pitching change in the middle of the game when all of our players are on the field will be a common occurrence ...... we'll need a way to sub in a pitcher post game o...

Re: box score does not show all our pitchers

makes sense.... My question however is this..... if we need to make the pitching substitution via play by play after the game is over, how do we then also enter a pitch via play by play after the game is over?

Re: box score does not show all our pitchers

For FTMSupport....... this is actually not the case. For our game on 5/15 we made pitching substitutions, never entered a pitch for the other team (just did game adjustment or end inning), and all the pitchers did show up in the box score. Here is the play by play section for that 5/15 game showing ...
