Re: Catching getting PO?

We just created a new game. Walked the first batter. Entered a Ball. Tapped Runner, Safe, 2nd, Wild Pitch. Viewing the stats, it shows Pitcher has 1 WP. 0 PB for catcher (or any other player) There does not seem to be an issue in this scenario. I sent you an email with my customer ID and a sample g...

Re: Catching getting PO?

All, I just double checked what was mentioned about Wild Pitches getting charged as passed balls. He is absolutely correct. In a game on Saturday, there were 3 passed balls and 1 wild pitch. My catcher was charged with 4 passed balls in the stats. The play by play matches the 3 PB and 1 Wild so I kn...

Re: Catching getting PO?

So if a pitcher throws a ball over a catchers head and the batter swings at it anyway, or if a pitcher pitches a ball 4 ft. outside...why is iscore charging it as a pass ball to the catcher when he has no chance of catching it? That should be scored as a wild pitch...not a passed ball. Or are you s...

Re: Player Card Photo

Not poking fun in any way to the original poster, but I literally shot coffee out my nose when I read the first post! I can just see Cujo on deck in the ScoreCast stream.

Re: Dropped third

Yea, I have seen that, but I don't import the stats from the API at this point, so I still use my tool. Trying to slowly integrate your new changes in our website, but you guys are faster than me...and I may or may not be a monkey. ;-)

Re: Dropped third

You can do this in the API (Team web page) but it's pretty complicated. I use the gamedata.php and store all of the pitch events in a database table. Then I have 2 queries that sort out EVENTS and RESULTS. From this I can calculate how many innings each player played in a position, how many errors i...

Re: Pitches per At Bat. (AB)

If you have the team website option, you can use the API. Specifically this link: http://api.iscoresports.com/teamwebsite/gamedetail.php?s=baseball&t=TEAMNAME&p=PASSWORD&g=GAMEID" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Each PitchID record lists the specific details about each pitch. I use thi...

Re: Strike out Called or Strike out looking

I get what you are saying, but Ks and Kc follows the traditional scoring abbreviation:

ESPN Correlation to iScore

Not that this matters to anything important, but what is the connection of ESPN to iScore or FTM? I see older versions and older screenshots of iScore that mentions ESPN in the name. I keep meaning to ask and finally remembered.
