Twitter Updates

Is there a way to cut down on the number of updates on Twitter? I'm starting to get a lot of complaints by my Twitter visitors about the number of updates I'm posting during a game. What I'm looking to do is to have the program NOT post the inning updates via twitter. I don't think it would be bad t...

Official Scoring Change

Looked around a little, I couldn't find any info on how to do it. Tkx.

Re: Couple of Questions about the Data Download

The total amount of data is on the order of 150kb any time you do a full update. You only need to do this on days you will be scoring games. The updates are available on the Add On screen when you have made the purchase. Lineups are available as soon as the teams have submitted their official lineu...

Couple of Questions about the Data Download

The data download that has the rosters and all that. Couple of questions. The first is just random curiosity. How large is the data packet on an average day? The second is how do the lineups work, and how close to game time are they actually available? If 2010 is any indicator, the 3G out at Rangers...

Problem Changing the Pitcher

I was scoring the Rangers / Diamondbacks game today on the radio, and when they made the first pitching substitution, I did what I thought was the right procedure. Hold down number on the pitcher's mound, it brings up the roster, and lets me sub in the player. That worked. Or so I thought. I saw the...

2011 Roster Purchase

I tried buying the 2011 Roster update today a few times, and it kept telling me it couldn't connect to the iTunes store. Which is a lie, as I can connect to the store on my iPad.

Is this a true connection problem, or is this an app issue? Anyone else report this?

Re: Questions after scoring my first game

If you slide your finger up across the "Out" button, a whole selection of "Quick Plays" comes up where you can select the "4-3 grounder" for example. There are also quick plays that can be selected for Double Plays when there is a runner on first base. Tkx - I'll have to look at that next time. Whi...
