Re: Ending the top half of an inning early

The "End Inning" button actually ends the current team's at bat... whether it means the top of the inning or bottom. So the "End Inning" term is probably a little misleading. It should work just fine for your situation. Not sure if we should rename it "End 1/2 Inning" or "End At Bat" or something el...

Re: Little league lineup card

I like this suggestion... my daughter's softball coach essentially does the same thing... I have added it to the list for future enhancements.

Thank you.

Re: Pitch speckle chart

We have that on our list of enhancements already... we were thinking of color coding the "ball" on the speckle chart in some way as well since it does not tell the whole story. It certainly shows pitcher tendencies in it's current forum, but you can not see for example if a ball outside the strike a...

Re: Question About Rosters

On this theme, I've had player numbers that are in the "pool" get changed to "-1". We have actually identified this as a bug, and have a fix for our next release (the one after 1.50), and a way it can be avoided in current releases. Please see this link: http://iscore.freeforums.org/avoiding-1-on-p...

Avoiding "-1" on player number - bug and workaround

We have identified a bug in the current version (1.01.06), and the same bug also exists in the release awaiting approval (1.50.14). If you are editing a Roster in Team Manager or a Lineup when going to score a game, there is a chance that Jersey #'s for some players may change to -1, position will b...

Re: Question About Rosters

We will continue working on ways to improve the picking of players. As I mentioned, once a player is on a team roster (assigned in Team Manager), then when you start a game with that team, it only shows that team's assigned players in the lineup (though you CAN draw from the full pool to account for...

Re: Question About Rosters

jdonato has it correct. The idea of creating the roster is that you are choosing from a pool of players in the league. This works great in youth sports going from season to season where the same players play again and again and you won't have to re-enter their info when they play on a new team. Same...

Re: Extra Inning rules for youth baseball

We will add this to our list of enhancements for a future release... lots of crazy rules coming out of the woodwork, but over time, we should be able to handle them all. We started with MLB and the rules of the original testers' kid's leagues, but will continue to expand to try and support as many v...

Re: Pitch Placement

If the questions is along the lines of "how can you actually tell the pitch placement/speed" as you are watching the game, I deal with this personally at my daughter's softball games. I don't enter the speed as we don't have a speed gun at the games, but for placement, I can generally tell by watchi...
