Re: Please Add Landscape View for All Screens (awaiting support feedback)

I can also confirm this is the behavior on a Samsung Tab 4, running v4.51.329.

Landscape for scoring and stats.....Portrait for all other screens.

Re: Stats error during games (pending @support follow up)

@all, yes, if you use the method the OP describes that DOES occur if you attempt to look at stats for your opponent. I've also "corrected" by doing what the OP describes, HOWEVER, I found a "better" way to get pitch counts for ALL pitchers directly in the scoring screen. If you hit the "I" icon, tha...

Re: What is the purpose of the "photos" tab in iScorecast

I was going to wait for your device so I could give you specific instructions based on what you have, but here is the instructions for both iOS and Android. If you are using iOS - Upload the photo for the player ON THE DEVICE - then do an export. If you do it on the Admin Site, you will never see it...

Re: Short hopper

Not familiar with NEXT PLAY option. Is it available on Android? I still use Android phone. Just confirmed on my Android tablet. Select the "Notes" button, and directly above where you are writing your Notes there are 2 buttons, Previous & Next. It also performs like iOS, in that if you select Next ...

For those watching on the app or iscorecast i was just curious if there was more of a feel of how the ball was hit to be more descriptive as in short hopper hit to ss ...

Re: Player Card - Date (responded, pending user feedback)

I believe the "Date" refers to the day data was entered into iScore for the game. However, I usually keep a record of the game on paper and then enter it into iScore at a later date. Consequently, the "Date" and the date on the "Game Name" are often different. This is confusing when trying to look ...

Re: Team name missing in Discovered Game from SI Play (in process, pending @support follow up )

For the record, to get around this issue I did the following: 1. Manually created a new opponents team in Team Manager 2. Added existing players for the opponents team Roster (From the Players I created for the real game) 3. Manually created a new game between my team and the opponent team (manual t...
