It does not charge an at bat if you enter it with In Play -> Catcher Obstruction as previously noted. This scenario is exactly what that entry is for.

In Play -> Catch Obstruction to score it in iScore.

Batter is awarded first base and it is not treated as an At Bat (treated more like a Walk for stats purposes).

If you can paste a link here from one of the emails, we can take a look to see what is going on. We do force mobile user to use the iScore Central mobile application now to view games from a mobile device, but that should be the only difference. And it sounds like you have an iScore Team Website, so...

The "Discover" functionality only lists "upcoming games". In the future, be sure to discover the game prior to start time... you can always begin scoring later, but you can not discover a game after it has begun.
