I purchased the 2012 Rosters for the iPad and then I downloaded the rosters for my iPhone; and I was chared a second time....should this be the case?? Thanks!

Our league requires that the managers and/or umpires sign the scorebook after our games, as well as for any protests....has thought been given to an enhancement that would allow someone to "sign" the scroesheet with their finger; instead of a pen or stylus.
