If you are doing quick roster for the other team, just count how many kids are in the dugout and put that number in the set up team roster in team manager.

With Iscore you can email the games to yourself for the stats and you can group games in leagues to have cumulative stats then email them separately. I think that would solve both 2 and 3

If you tap and swipe the out there is a menu for 6-3, 5-3 4-3 ground out etc. I am not sure how much simpler it can be made.

Bummer, but to redo all the rosters wouldn't it be easier from a key board to input group rosters on myiscorecentral then download that to your iphone? It doesn't lessen how much losing your data is a bummer but it may make the second go around easier.
