Loading game taking more than 5 seconds? Here is a fix

NOTE: This applies to version 1.01.06 only. The upcoming release (1.50.14) already does this optimization for you, so you do not need to perform these steps. We have a had a couple customers point out to us that it sometimes take a long time to get back into a game (after existing to iPhone main men...

Re: Strange happenings...

If you ever get the "blanked out" positions, the workaround is to exit the application, and go back in, and everything will be restored to where you left off and you can make the changes you need. If we ever get steps that can reproduce this situation consistently, we should be able to fix it easily...

Re: Question on Pitch Counts

There was an issue that could effect the pitcher data in some cases. The new release addresses this, and also allows you to see the speckle charts for each pitcher (if you enter pitch locations). The overall detail you see for each pitcher is greatly enhanced in the release we posted last week. Hope...

Re: Team roster

I see your response to the prior question - but what we need is for you to understand the difference between a roster and a lineup. Each team you add should have a roster dedicated to it. Then you select from that roster to fill the lineup for an individual game. This is exactly what we have with T...

Re: Long time to log back into a game

It should have been much faster than that... it should never take more than several seconds (maybe 10 if you are in the 9th inning of a high scoring game). The system has to load the database from your local device (no internet access) and get back in sync. If you could please email us directly at s...

Re: Pitching Stats

We DO have Balk built in. Just click teh "More" button, then select "Balk". Base runners will be advanced one base.

Thank you for your random thoughts... we will add these suggestions to our list of enhancement requests for upcoming releases.

Re: Reached by Error or On Base by Error

We are located in California as well. I would love to talk to you further about your process of posting to MaxPreps and what you would see a football program looking like if you have time. We definitely intend to expand into other sports, and would like to hear some first hand feedback. If you can e...

Stats Crashing - are you using a comma in any fields? DON'T

We had a customer report a crash when viewing stats today, and on examining the customer's database, we found he had used a comma in a player name. This causes an error in stats which will cause the application to crash. It is a very simple fix. Open the game that is not going to stats. Go to the li...

Re: Reached by Error or On Base by Error

We do not currently have them as separate columns in the stat sheet, but they are not counted as earned runs... you do see runs vs. earned runs in the pitching stats. When we add the ability to "export all stats" to a spreadsheet, we will include several columns like this. It is hard to maintain the...
