iscorebasketball.com team website

I noticed that I can "protect" stats with a password. However, it would be great if you could apply that same protection logic to the "summary" in the "Games" section.

Re: iScore Basketball v2.80 submitted to Apple

Will you be adding "Charges Taken" to the paid website stat display?

Re: iScore Basketball v2.80 submitted to Apple

Thanks for adding "Charges Taken"!!! We've played two games so far and our coaching staff is loving the information. Especially seeing what is trending at halftime.

Combining Two "Games"

Can I combine two games to consolidate the stats? We had a scrimmage that went five quarters so I tracked four quarters as one game and the fifth quarter as another game (I didn't know we were going five quarters until after the game was going).

Re: Three Point Line and Player "Placement"

I will give that a try. I use a stylus so I'm used to tapping vs moving the player around. I just saw another hint in another question that could help me --- actually tapping each player's number as they get the ball so I can be more proactive. I have always done it after the fact. Thanks for that h...

Three Point Line and Player "Placement"

A few ideas:
1) Display 3-point line based on selected league type (ie: high school, college, pro, international)
2) Place the player exactly where the screen is touched (app is not very accurate on iPad). This would help tremendously with the shot charts.

Thanks!

Re: Practice run

I've used different stat programs over the years and the key thing I train my student volunteers is to do a few practice games. One or two on a DVD or DVR that you can pause/rewind/etc and letting a game just play out "live". The key is getting the subbing down and deciding how much you need to trac...

Charges Taken

How can I get the number of Charges taken? We work hard with our players to take charges but I don't see a way to get that stat. I know I can look through the play by play but it would be helpful to have it on the stats sheet.

Did you add PM to the stats when they are exported?

Re: Can I Export Play by Play?

I think I'm going to implement some of the concepts from Danny Miles Value Point System and incorporate some other analysis around possession effeciency. Still working on the concepts. I will export iScore stats into an Excel spreadsheet and implement some formulas to come up with our analysis. I'll...

Re: Can I Export Play by Play?

I guess I wrote the question incorrectly. I want to know the NUMBER of possessions to analyze our efficiency both offensively and defensively.
