Re: How do I substitute a pitcher when using a DH

If you are playing with 10 fielders (you have to set that option), then there actually is a generic "OF" position that represents the 10th defensive position.

just an fyi...

Re: Batting the Bench

Yes. You can have any number of players batting. We limit the number of players in defensive positions to 9 or 10 (you can set it to 10 for leagues that allow it), but you can always bat any number of players you would like, and it will track the statistics for all of them.

Thank you.

Re: How do I substitute a pitcher when using a DH

To change pitchers while using a DH, you just have to include a pitcher in the lineup at the beginning of the game, but mark him as Batting=No. Include a DH in your original lineup. Now, when the team is on defense, click the pitcher, and it will ask who you want to substitute for that pitcher. We h...

Re: Scorecard lists multiple names per player

We are aware of these issues, and are working on a fix. The best way to be sure this does not happen is to make sure the lineups are entered correctly before pressing the "Play!" button. Changes after Play! is pressed are considered to be during the game. We realize this is not always possible, and ...

Re: lineups

We have added your suggestion to our enhancements list.

The good news is if you set up your positions once in Team Manager, then on future games, chances are very few changes will need to be made.

We are always looking to improve the workflow though, so thank you.

Re: RE Entry Rule

I just tried this scenario, and it worked fine. I had 9 players (numbers 1-9) in the lineup. I had 2 reserve players not batting (11 and 22). I batted through the lineup once. When the first batter came back up, I pinch hit for the first batter using 11. When the next batter came up, I clicked pinch...

Re: DH for position player

I know the forum is growing, so some of these things are hard to find, but we have that suggestion already, and it will be implemented in an upcoming release. See this post:

Thank you.

Re: Speed of Scoring Needs Improvement

Thank you for the feedback. As we continue to try and improve the interface, we will definitely take your suggestions into consideration. Some are very possible (for example, an option to turn off hitting location if you don't care to keep track of that). Others are more difficult and may not be pos...

Re: Earned runs vs Unearned runs

We account for this specific situation already. You just have to make sure you assign the error to the player when a foul ball is hit. Some scorekeepers don't realize that... but as long as you mark it in iScore, we account for this situation exactly as you describe.
