The Basketball and Football apps are now working but no Retrosheet in the baseball app is not showing up

I have a 2014 Baseball subscription and for weeks I could get Pro and NCAA teams in the iscore basketball and football apps as well as past seasons for baseball. Today however they do not show up in any of the apps. The apps all have the same ID and they have worked for weeks. Any idea on the issue ...
