Re: Defensive players disappeared from field

We have seen this happen as well (the disappearing jersey numbers), but have not found steps to reproduce it consistently, so do not have a fix yet. If anyone has steps to reproduce it, we would love to hear from you. The easy workaround if this ever happens is to exit out of the game, and go back i...

Re: Suggested Batting Order?

We will add it to the list, but there are so many variables involved, and so many different opinions on what the "right" batting order is, that it would be very difficult. If people want to share ideas in this thread, we can look at implementing different suggested approaches in a future version. On...

Re: 10 player positions (LC, RC)

The reason we went with OF is as an abbrevation for "other fielder" or "optional fielder". Most of the time, "OF" could also mean "Outfielder", but there are leagues where this optional fielder is used in different position --- more of a "Rover". Sometimes an infielder, sometimes rotating around as ...

We have all of these requests on our list from various posters at different times. All good ideas, and good to hear them again to reaffirm what is important.

Re: app freezing and inability to enter outcomes of plays

NOTE: The -1 issue is fixed in the release we are about to post. There is more info on it and how to avoid it here: http://iscore.freeforums.org/avoiding-1-on-player-number-bug-and-workaround-t85.html All of the issues you experienced during the game are most likely related to having had the -1 issu...

Re: Relief Pitching Bug

Thanks sportsdoc. We are just finishing our testing of our next release, and this is not going to make it in. We will make sure it gets into the following release, and it will automatically fix itself for previously entered games and all stats will be updated

Thank you.

Re: New Version??

The new release will be posted to Apple any day now... we are just polishing up the last few items. We will post a release in this forum as soon as we post to Apple, then it generally takes about 1 week for Apple to approve the release.

Thank you.

Re: League Format

We will add that to the list jaybird. I played in a softball league that did the same thing. We never tracked pitch by pitch in our league, so iScore would have worked just fine because you can mark Strikeout or Walk without having to enter every pitch, but yes. pitch counts would be off. It is prob...

Re: Apple Design Awards

Thanks Ben - the point about the bug fixes / Apple store is one that should not be understated. We don't have the luxury of being able to put up a new build every time an issue is fixed as Apple's approval process is generally about a week long. So we try and group a good balance of new enhancements...
