Re: Players name and numbers changing iPad (open)

Yes, there is only one Kye Snodsmith in the Lineup and Stats for the game on 4/11 when we look at the customer's data. With jersey #23 in both cases. http://iscoresports.com/bcl/game_411_lineup.jpeg http://iscoresports.com/bcl/game_411_stats.jpeg All we can do is ask again for specific steps to repr...

Can you post your Customer ID so we can look at your data? We will take another shot at trying to reproduce this issue using your data. We have not been able to reproduce it in past attempts.

Re: No favorite team/games showing

When you tap the "three bar icon" in the upper left on both the iPhone and iPad, do you see you are logged in as the same user (same email address) on both? Two things to try... first, try logging out and back in on the iPad. Second, be sure under Settings -> Favorites that you have the same numbers...

Re: Players name and numbers changing

The database as it stands now does not have a duplicate Kye Snodsmith on the game on 4/11/18. #23 is Kye Snodmith and #4 is Dylan Hignite However, on more recent games he has Kye Snodsmith as #4 (same internal ID and that is why the Player Card shows #4 for Kye Snodmith on one set of games and #23 f...

Re: Players name and numbers changing

It does not makes sense that iScore would change a player on its own. There is nothing in code that would do this. Our best guess is that the user is changing player names while scoring the game based on the jersey numbers, and not realizing that this is actually changing the underlying player. Then...

Re: League-Wide Stats

It can only be done team by team. Most people would not have an entire league on their device - only the team they are scoring for. Are you in a situation where your entire league's stats are being kept on a single device?

Re: Players name and numbers changing

Unfortunately we do not offer phone support. We looked at the game on 4/11, and we do see that Kye Snodsmith has jersey #23 in that game. If you go to Player Manager, and select Kye Snodsmith, and view Player Stats, you can see you had used jersey #4 for the games from 5/4 - 5/25, and jersey #23 for...

Re: Players name and numbers changing

We really need steps to follow to see player information changing. The screenshots do show a different number for Kye Snodsmith, but when we open the Hartland JV @ Holly Bronchos JV game for example, it shows Kye Snodsmith with Jersey #4, and then we go to Team Manager and select the Holly Bronchos ...

You can upload photos to a site like http://tinypic.com/ and share the URLs of the images here. We have looked at your data and do not see anything unusual with it.
